We invested in 4 homes in Memphis from out of state starting in 2015.

Unfortunately, the seller and their property managers and contractors were completely unethical. Our worst fears were realized and we felt foolish. We lost thousands to theft and lies.

Then we met MidSouth/Enterprise and they took over for us. What a relief! From initial inspections, to rent collections, renewals and repairs they have been a breath of fresh air.
