• What is the Vendor Pay Schedule?

  We process vendor payments every Thursday.

  To be included in that week’s disbursement, please ensure that Invoices and Proof of job completion (such as photos or signed work orders) are submitted by Wednesday at 3:00 PM (CST).

• How Does MSHR Pay Vendors?

  We offer flexible payment options to suit your preferences, while our preference is Direct Deposit, which is Fast, secure, and processed weekly, we also offer the option for a Physical Check Pickup – Available for vendors who prefer to collect checks in person. Note: This method takes up to two weeks.

• What Documentation is Required to Become a Vendor?

  To begin working with MSHR, you’ll need to provide:

  • A completed and signed W-9 form
  • Proof of liability insurance

  Don’t have insurance? No problem—we can refer you to trusted providers to help get you set up.

• Does MSHR Have Ongoing Work for Vendors?

  Absolutely. With 1,300+ managed rental units and growing, we have a steady stream of work orders across Memphis and surrounding areas. Many of our vendors choose to work exclusively with us due to consistent volume and timely payment.

  We’re always looking to expand our vendor network in the areas of:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • HVAC
  • General maintenance
  • Cleaning services
  • Turnovers and renovations
  • Emergency after-hours support

• Can I Work Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays?

  Yes. We maintain a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for tenants—including weekends and holidays—so we always need dependable vendors who can handle after-hours service calls.

  This flexibility allows vendors to earn more by being available when others aren’t. If you're looking to grow your business through weekend and holiday work, we’re an ideal partner.
