Important Maintenance Guidelines

• Tenant-Caused Damage: Repairs caused by misuse, neglect, or damage from the tenant or their guests will be billed directly to the tenant.
• Plumbing Issues: Stoppages caused by improper use (e.g., flushing non-flushable items) are the tenant’s responsibility.
• Appliance Malfunctions: Please include make and model, if possible.
• Pest Control: Routine pest control is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise stated in the lease.
