Do I Receive Monthly Owner Statements?
Yes. We email or mail detailed monthly statements outlining all income and expenses related to your rental property. You’ll also receive year-end financial summaries to assist with tax preparation. -
When Are Owner Disbursements Made?
We process owner disbursements once or twice monthly, depending on tenant payment timing:
- First disbursement: Around the 10th of the month (for on-time rent payments)
- Second disbursement: At the end of the month (for late rent payments)

Can I Access My Account Online?
Absolutely. We provide a secure Owner Portal through Rentvine, available 24/7. Inside the portal, you can:
- View real-time tenant payments
- Download monthly statements and invoices
- Access expense reports and P&L statements
- Update your contact information

Is Emergency Maintenance Available After Hours?
Yes. We maintain a 24-hour emergency maintenance line for tenants to ensure your property is protected at all times, even outside of business hours. -
What Are Your Business Hours?
Our office is open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. When you call during these hours, you’ll speak with a real person, not an automated system. -
Who Will I Communicate With at MSHR About My Property?
At MidSouth Home Rentals, you will be assigned a dedicated Property Manager who serves as your primary point of contact. Your Property Manager will oversee the overall performance of your investment and coordinate communication on your behalf.
However, because we operate as a specialized, team-based property management company, you may also hear from other members of our team throughout the leasing and management process. These include:
- Leasing Agent & Leasing Assistant – Assist with showings, applications, and lease execution
- Maintenance Supervisor – Coordinates repair work orders, vendor scheduling, and after-hours emergencies
- Bookkeeper – Handles owner statements, disbursements, and financial documentation
- Operations Manager – Supports quality control and process oversight
- Broker/Owner – Available for escalated concerns or strategic conversations
This structure allows us to provide responsive, knowledgeable service at every touchpoint while keeping your Property Manager focused on your overall investment strategy and satisfaction.

What Happens If Tenants Pay Late?
- Late notices are sent after the 5th of the month
- Follow-up calls begin if payment is not received by the 7th
- We handle all collections, notices, and legal follow-through as needed
